A public website should not depend on one office connection

Separating public channels from the lab helps keep contact available when the Internet goes down.

Conceptual illustration of the area of work

General technical guidance. Scope and compatibility are validated for each project.

An outage should not stop everything

A private lab is useful for developing and testing agents, voice and automation. Hosting every public channel there as well can let a power or Internet outage affect customers who only want to read a website or send an enquiry. Continuity starts by identifying those dependencies.

Separate essential functions

Informational pages and initial enquiry intake can run on independent public hosting. Internal tools, local models and operational integrations can remain on their authorized infrastructure. This separation makes it possible to explain what remains available during an outage and which functions need connectivity restored.

Record before automating

An enquiry should be validated, receive a reference and be recorded before additional processes begin. Email is a notification channel, rather than the only evidence that a request exists. Distinguish three outcomes: the system accepted the form, the mail server accepted the notification and the message reached the inbox. Each requires a different check.

What an InnerOS connection needs

Connecting to a CRM, Notion or an editorial workflow requires service authentication, controlled retries, deduplication and error tracking. Contact details must not appear in advertising events or public logs. An automated integration should be stoppable without losing the original enquiry.

Backups and recovery need testing too

Having a copy does not prove that it can be restored. A plan should state where backups are kept, who can recover them, how long it may take and how the result is verified. A second Internet connection can improve continuity, but it does not replace failover testing or a plan for power outages.

From the lab to a useful service

CreatorCore develops applications, portals and connections between systems. The Living Lab supports exploration and validation; each commercial delivery defines what has been tested, its dependencies and limitations. If your operations depend on several devices or services, we can start by mapping them and prioritizing what must keep working.
