How we work

From a good idea
to something people can use.

A process with room to learn while keeping delivery in view. We work remotely and coordinate physical integration with PCDoctor.ai when needed.

01

Understand the need

We review the process, users, existing systems and available data. Country, language, infrastructure and constraints are part of the scope.

02

Define a first delivery

We agree on the main workflows, connections, permissions and how success is checked. The formal proposal specifies deliverables and conditions.

03

Build and explore

We build a reviewable version. Where appropriate, we test with demonstration data and separate testing from production systems.

04

Integrate and verify

We validate access, compatibility, results and limits. For critical services, we review connectivity, power and server failures and the agreed recovery procedure.

05

Deliver and support

Delivery includes the agreed materials for operation and continuity: documentation, training, backup and project-specific support.

Scope and quotation

A project has context.
Its proposal should too.

We do not publish a fixed price for projects that depend on integrations, data, infrastructure and support. We first clarify your needs and the contracting country, then prepare a formal proposal with scope, timing and relevant conditions.

A remote application project and an on-site installation have different scopes. The contracting entity and delivery arrangement are specified in the proposal.

Start with what you need

What would you like
to make possible?

Tell us the problem, your country and what you already have. We’ll define a first version you can understand, test and put to work.
